NSW CYCLE SEARCH

For the Image of Cycling

CYCLE SEARCH AUSTRALIA  was established in October 1999 as the outcome of a discussion Alex Fulcher, then President of the New South Wales Cycling Federation, had with Sid Freshwater about the possibility of obtaining certain past results that were missing from the Federation records.

N.S.W. Championship results, many of which had been lost over the years, were to become the first priority.  Two years of searching and compiling has been most productive, but results are still required for many of the championships and for some of the years - all results are needed. Therefore we now produce listings, which while not complete, are very informative and being computerised, are improved upon as Cycle Search continues to gather information.

OUR THANKS.   We have received considerable assistance from enthusiasts who agree that a comprehensive record of championships results increase the image value of our sport.   In due course, we will acknowledge all those who have assisted, but for now we list that our Search Committee is comprised of Kevin Wetherall, Albert Uyeda, Sid Freshwater and recently plus Alban McGuiness.
